How does your Order work?
Due to the current global situation deliveries are a bit slower than anticipated from our supplier.
We are currently running Orders for some of our products.
All Orders will be subject to full payment, and all orders will be dispatched within 5-10 working days.
If there are items required urgently, please contact us directly before placing an order.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered! If your new pieces aren't quite right, we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.
1. The Basics
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached. Items with makeup marks, perfume scents, or cigarette smoke will not be accepted.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings, bodysuits, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
2. Your Options
We offer three ways to resolve your return:
- Free Exchanges: If you just need a different size or colour, the shipping is on us!
- Store Credit + Bonus: Choose store credit and we will add an extra 5% bonus to your refund amount to use on your next find.
- Refund to Original Payment: A flat £4.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and processing.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact us and a member of the team will respond within 48 hours.
Please include the items you wish to return and tell us why (this helps us improve our sizing!), in the contact.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Used items will also not be eligible through the returns policy.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. If the order in-stock, we strive to get them shipped within 2 business days of order being received. If it is expected to be longer, we will contact you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our roots and our production are a family affair. Every piece is designed and ethically manufactured in India, at a dedicated facility owned and operated by our own relatives. This unique setup allows us to maintain a direct, personal connection to the people making our clothes. Once finished, every item travels to our headquarters in the UK, where it undergoes a final, rigorous quality check before being sent to you.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
