Shipping Policy

At Citta, we believe in mindful production and intentional delivery. Every piece is designed and ethically handcrafted by our family-run team in India, then personally hand-checked at our UK headquarters to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches your door.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 2 business days for our team to perform a final quality inspection and pack your order.

  • Peak Seasons: During collection launches or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options to ensure your garments arrive safely and promptly.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We are proud to share our heritage globally. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Duties and Taxes: For orders outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.

  • EU Orders: Due to current regulations, EU orders may be subject to additional VAT and handling fees upon arrival.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been hand-inspected and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your garment's journey from our UK hub to your doorstep via tracking links that will be sent to your email.Β 

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
